I need to share this with my sister. I’m so glad the lasagna was such a hit! Finish lasagna with remaining butternut slices and pour reserved béchamel over top. <3 So glad this recipe's such a big hit!! If Herbamare is so important, it should probably be on the ingredients list… otherwise one might not pick it up from the store after making a shopping list…. I chopped the garlic and onions in my food processor, grated some zuchinni and crook neck squash, and chopped a bunch of broccoli because that is what i had. In the ingredients list, that’s where the Daiya cheese (as much as desired) comes in. Prepare the almond ricotta according to recipe instructions in the food processor.
